    "no response from customer service"

    Pros

    the program is good but they are problems with the company it self.

    Cons

    the password will not work to let me update it. i paid to have the full program. they are in germany and i have sent 5 emails and no response in 2 weeks from there help site.i got some email back in german but i think it said bad email address i sent it to. think about this one before you buy.

    Summary

    they are in germany and will not respond to people in the usa unless your paying then they are on the spot to collect your money. looks like i will have to find another program and take the $70 loss.
