    "worst customer service"

    Summary

    attempted to renew my avast service after a year (in which I was originally very happy), I was charged twice. When I called customer service, I was told to send an email. I attempted to download the new service and was having trouble. It kept saying my email address was invalid. I called for a third time to tell them I was having trouble installing it and they kept telling me to go to a website to get help. Only problem is, it's the same website that didn't recognize my email address even though the people on the phone confirmed they had the correct address. No one seems to know how to help me. I will be asking for another refund and go with another company that has knowledgable customer service representatives. So, after 2 hours of back and forth on the phone, I'm still not secure. Very unhappy.
