"Avoid - Totally Messed up Firefox"
Pros
Small Footprint
Cons
After installation Firefox would not work properly. Couldn't get to any of my email accounts and even the Facebook site came up all messed up. What a mess! Never had this problem with any other antivirus software. Wish I had just kept going with Kaspersky. Took me a day to get my computer back!!
Support is absolute joke. None existentSummary
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID if you use Firefox. Took them 5 days to respond to my email and then they asked for more information. A phone call left me hanging for over an hour before I hung up. Seems like this is a one man company operating out of a garbage can!
Don't get enticed - like I did - by the notion of a small footprint and fast load times. It is not worth the chance.
This is a beta program, at best, that is being run by a very flaky company.
BEWARE!!

Hi HondoLane,
I'm sorry that you did not have a good initial experience with Webroot SecureAnywhere Antivirus, and I can assure you that it is not a Beta product. It has been extensively tested with popular software packages, including the latest released version of Firefox. The problem you experienced with Firefox is out of the ordinary, and was most likely caused by either a corrupt Add-on or an existing deep infection, which is why our team had requested Log files to help you. Support Tickets are responded to within 24-48 hrs excluding Holidays and weekends. If you would like to give us another try, please email me by selecting my name.
Thanks
Greg
