    There are instruction on the internet if you want stop from popping up.

    WOW it only takes one second to click on that one pop-up when getting updates.I click on okay and go on.I do manual updates also throughout the day and it updates a lot which is good.One pop-up and one second is nothing to complain about in my opinion.
