    "TERRIBLE PRODUCT AND SERVICE"

    They only protect until the warranty expires

    Cons

    Doesn't protect against viruses and spyware

    Summary

    About two months after purchasing AVG my computer ran increasingly slower. When I contacted tech support they told me I'd have to pay them another $129 to clean it up. After finally getting rid of the problem (by using another anti virus) I uninstalled AVG and requested a refund. They refuse to refund.

    Paid users are entitled to use our basic support services without any additional fees.
