"Works fine, but don't let it expire. It shuts off."

    November 5, 2010  |   By EdEllks

It is effective and fast as long as you don't let the product expire

The reason it got 1 stars is because any company that turns the product completely off the minute your "subscription" expires deserves to be sued. To me, that's flat-out extortion.

If you don't let it expire, it's a great product. But the garbage they're pulling with just turning the entire virus scanning engine off when your year is up is causing me to switch my computers and those of my family and clients to Kaspersky. Norton has been doing this for a few years, so I highly doubt they're ever going to change.
