    "Amazing tech support for me!"

    I had been using X5 and had over 500 days of subscription left. Wanted to upgrade to X6 and transfer so I emailed sales/support from the web site. Within an hour, I got an email back that after sending them a new serial number for X6, they would transfer the extra 500 days. At $34, the upgrade, with an extra year and the new functionally seemed like a deal. Sent them the new serial and in less than an hour, got another back saying to run the NetUpdate and the added days would show up. Sure enough, they did. So thatâ??s awesome support in my book. And X6? Its quite nice compared to X5 with new functionality like Firewall. As a 64-bit app, it scanned my system much faster than the previous version.
