  Pros

  Do what it tells you that it does. I'm a heavy surfing guy, in four years of usage I only got bug once and I spend around 12 hours online daily on weekdays going from the safest of sites to the most dangerous places.

  Cons

  I haven't find one yet.

  Summary

  I wouldn't try another anti-virus even if they gave it for free. I have used AVG Free edition for about 4 years now and I have only been bug once. My surficing and job requieres that I surf the next from 8 to 12 hours daily (weekdays) and I go from save sites to the deep dangerous most unsafe sites that try to bomb you with ads and trick you to download things. Only bugged once where I admit that AVG failed big time, but thanks to Windows Recover I was back online.
