    "I've used this product for years. I found it reliable."

    Pros

    The updates are automatic, the frequency of updates provide reliable service, and being retired, with low income, the price is right!

    Cons

    The web site seems to make it difficult to find the free version. The last time, the software forgot the ID key. I can't remember numbers, so I was forced to delete the current product, and start from scratch again, and download and re-install.

    Summary

    The product is wonderful, but the people at AVG seem to have set themselves up so that they are isolated from the users, and contact and interaction with the public is non-existant.
