    "Money kills them"

    Not the AVG we used to know

    Summary

    AVG up to this major version was known for its light weight, non intrusive behaviour. After getting millions from major companies, they went to areas they have no clue about. AVG and Ad-Aware was a nice couple together, people installed Zonealarm in addition to it. When AVG tried to do everything with unbeliavably stupid "link scanning" idea, it became another Norton.
    Funny is, Symantec is going AVG pre 8 with their performance enhancements and slowly cutting needless features.
