    "makes Windows Explorer crash under WinXP"

    installs in a flash, nice looking interface

    Cons

    Makes Win Explorer crash when I open a Folder.
    Shocking, really. Don't know if anyone else has the problem. Norton Chat was completely useless. So I did another complete restore from image file and went back to my old AV.

    Summary

    Be sure to "image" your C: drive before installing NAV2010, in case this problem occurs on your system. I am running WInXPPro SP3.

    I restored my HD from an image file, which removed the problem; installed NAV2010 a second time, which caused the problem to return.
