It allegedly catches more viruses than Norton & McAfee. It was easy to install.
If you want free support, forget it. You can get phone support if you pay $50/yr for it. For free, you can fill in a form on their site, and you'll get a computer-generated e-mail saying that someone will contact you, but THEY NEVER DO. I keep getting an error (duly recorded in the log) saying that the AV part of EZ Armor can't download virus definitions. What good is an antivirus program if it doesn't know about new viruses? I tried to log in on their site but (even though I was able to install the SW using the license key provided -- and mind you, I paid $50 for the suite) it tells me that's an invalid license key. So the AV part isn't doing me any good. Here's my solution: Uninstall EZ Armor and download the free antivirus it's based on, use my new ISP's pop-up blocker, and install Spywareblaster. I hate EZ Armor.
