    "A company with no respect for their customers"

    Service used to be OK

    They constantly change their plans without proper notice, and leave you worse off

    Summary

    For over the past year they have changed their plans at least 4 times. Never was it communicated properly. According to their terms of use you are entitled to cancel your account when the change is not of beneficial for you, but when you want to do that, they simply try to sell you more.
    This company is totally unreliable with regards to their customer service, and show no respect.
    I don't know for the others, but you can be sure Rapidshare will mess with you
