    "Handbrake killer"

    Pros

    Many codecs are supported.
    Easy and great looking UI.
    Very responsive dev.

    Cons

    None that I am aware off

    Summary

    I always used Handbrake but it lacks some codecs I need.
    iFFmpeg is godsend gift. It can convert to almost any codecs known.
    The merging feature is just plain fantastic.

    Highly recommenden.
