    "Will not launch or run"

    Pros

    Installation went smoothly.

    Cons

    Attempting to launch the program results in a run-time error followed by an application crash. Reinstallation did not help. The "Support" section on the website simply provides a way to submit a problem report. I will not bother with this application or company again.
