    "Quick, easy, user friendly photo editor."

    Pros

    Great resize.
    Fantastic clone capability.
    Need a filter, it's there.
    Zoom to an area and correct a problem.

    Cons

    No cons, PhotoScape can be used to fix/repair a photo with minimal effort.

    Summary

    A perfect solution for a quick fix to most photo problems. Flexible enough for creative photo enhancements.
