    "KUDOS! Something simple to use and love!"

    Pros

    With this free program, I can edit pictures, crop, play with effects, make borders, collages, and there's even a animation thing if I want to try my hand at that. You can edit in bulk, do cosmetic lean up, etc. Basic. Simple. Functional. Free.

    Cons

    If you are a professional photographer, a hard core hobbiest, or into the whole graphic arts thing, you may want to look elsewhere.

    Summary

    I have down loaded this free program to five different computers and have suggested it to many others. It is NOT complicated to use (unlike some programs out there or the ones that come with a package deal.) For free- I couldn't tell you. If you are simply looking for a photo editor without a crapload of bells and whistles that you'll never use (or they confuse you) - this is the gadget - basic, with a couple extra thrills for those of us who like to shake up our lives a bit by being adventureous. So far, this program has yet to disappoint me - and I am one tough, cheap cookie to impress!
