    "ICQ... What happened?"

    Summary

    ICQ is still king over MSN Messenger. Then again, it's 'cos I got introduced to ICQ first. The software designers have made effort to streamline the user experience, but such modifications are only skin-deep. They should cut out a whole host of features I NEVER use, or at least put them into the Add Features option. Add Features doesn't work for me, even. Otherwise, ICQ is still good at what it's supposed to do: send and receive msgs.
