"This is NOT FREE, it's "bait and switch-ware""

    November 8, 2012  |   By summerstormpictures

Can't think of any. Bad first impression.

When a developer baits and switches by listing a piece of software as FREE, it is a bad first impression and creates an air of distrust. I deleted this immediately.

My most optimistic guess is that the developer will do the right thing and be truthful and re-list.

My realistic guess is that they will simply re-name this and try to re-list it as free again.

Don't trust any developer that feigns ignorance and lists something as free and then tries to fleece you to buy a "voucher." This is untruthful and I'm finally beginning to realize that as Draconian as listing something in the Mac App Store can be, in an age of con-artist developers, it's a necessary evil.
