    "deletes songs, playlists, crashes constantly (Mac version)"

    Pros

    Nothing at all!

    Cons

    May get through two songs before it crashes and it has deleted all my playlists and who knows how many songs. It won't run if I have anything at all (even just mail) running in the background. Do not give up version 6.0 if you haven't already (and send it to me! Apple appears to have discontinued it since their download of 6 doesn't work)...
