    "Works Great...(for two weeks!)"

    I upgraded from 9 to 10, and the problems followed. Lock ups, the slowest most resource intensive program since Norton/Symantec (3 Ghz P4, 1GB RAM so donÂ’t get the wrong idea.) Now after 2 weeks, the program is dead. It wonÂ’t launch. Just go to their web site and look under Tech Support. There is nothing about problems found, fixes, indicators...weak! Customer Service (for a refund (they say 30 day money back)) is just as bad. I have the invoice number, but they want the information from my credit card to confirm. Why? Bad software, bad support, bad company...stay away.
