Does everything you need in a tag/file name editor. Allows you to be very specific about how you want tags generated from file names (or even a portion of the file name using delimiters). Plenty of features. Nice price (If it's for free, it's for me!).
No help documentation or instructions (beyond what is in each window of the program), either within the program or on the publisher's website. You just have to figure it out on your own.
