    "Development Limbo"

    Pros

    If it's anything like Video Edit Magic, it's probably well-designed.

    Cons

    If it's anything like Video Edit Magic, it's probably poorly supported, buggy, and crash-prone.

    Summary

    You're kidding! This program hasn't been updated since February, 2007??? Is nobody at Deskshare working on this software?

    Why would anybody buy an application that is stuck in development limbo?
