    "Excellent program, simple and efficient"

    May 31, 2011  |   By hugh2112

    Intuitive and efficient GUI

Quite fast - importing 5580 music files took about 2 minutes. Videos take quite a bit longer though.

It looks like an iTunes clone with a Ubuntu feel? Not necessarily a bad thing but still...

No auto-update of music info (album, year, etc.)

The editor's review is now out of date as the installer for Miro now asks for Yahoo (toolbar and homepage) and the message that pops up is much more courteous (although it still mentions their revenue loss).

Seems to work perfectly for what I use it for - a music and video file organiser. Can't say I have any complaints except I'd love to see a function that automatically updates the info on a song by searching on the web.
