    "Not very useful"

    Pros

    Downloads a very wide range of video files.

    Cons

    Roxio based so that it will not work if computer has two DVD burners.
    No Help.
    Trimmer difficult to use.
    Overpriced
    Feles converted to WMA play as minitaures in windows Media Player
