    "The best of it's kind but...."

    Pros

    An excellent product, easy to use, complete traditional tree layout, great reporting features, helpful user forum.

    Cons

    The developers seem to have lost interest in it's development. No new releases for 2 years.

    Summary

    GenoPro is a great genealogy tool by any definition. Reasonably priced, easy to learn and use, comprehensive, sophisticated reporting features and unique in its ability to display a complete family tree n a traditional layout. There is an effective user forum available to help with any problems or offer suggestions.

    Unfortunately, there has been no new release since the 2007 version. The proposed "gamma" release is two years behind schedule with still no proposed implementation date or a future development plan.
