    "Improves sound quality on built in speakers"

    Pros

    controls the output so prevents any fuzzy or vibratory sounds

    Cons

    takes up quite a lot of memory (7,180k)

    Summary

    It's better to have it rather than not have it if using built in speakers, as they really help prevent some nasty audio deformations
