Pros
it's good for fidning outdated drivers on your computer if you haven't updated your drivers in a while or if you are still using Windows XP and you are looking for hardware drivers for your computer that have been discontinued by the vendor.
Cons
Showing that my laptop needs a Bios update in which seems not correct seeing as i already have the latest Bios update from the vendor. It showed my laptop needing a Bios update and my Bios was just updated to the latest version from the vendor as of last week. Sounds more like a sales pitch then anything else.
Some of the updated drivers it found were either older versions of the drivers that i had already installed or were not compatible with my system. One update showed that i needed a Sony LCD driver update and I have an Asus laptop. Go figure...Summary
Customer service was good about giving me a refund I had no issues with them after explaining the issue i had with the driver software search.
