"Revo worked when windows uninstall would not!"
Pros
I was trying to remove programs from my laptop(OS Vista basic), but was getting error messages saying "uninstall log not found" so windows uninstall would not work. I installed Revo and when I got those messages would pass them by and it was great!.
Cons
None. It was free for the version I downloaded, easy to use, and I am confident that I deleted only the correct files which is sometimes confusing which is not always the case. Free, worked great and was fast, nothing to compain about here!
Summary
I dont know what I would have done without Revo. It also was very good because after uninstalling the programs it would also fiind related files in the registry so I could delete those as well. It was easy since the file names would either be in bold or have the name of the programs so I was sure not to delete anything in error. I did not have to pay for the version I downloaded and it worked very well and very user friendly, it has more options than I needed but was also very easy for a non IT person to use on their home computer. GREAT PROGRAM!
