    "Works!"

    Pros

    I tried to release the pesky persistent grip of Explorer off a file using SysInternal's (usually great) Process Explorer.

    When I could not do it, I tried this program and it delivered - just as described!

    One file is not enough to form an opinion - but I thought I should post this since the first review was quite negative.

    Cons

    For some reason the program did not work when my computer monitor's color quality was set to 24 bit. I lowered it and it worked.
