"$2.99, not $1.99: Use the 'purge' command instead"
Nothing here you can't already do on your Mac with the Terminal via the 'purge' command. If you want a GUI for it, get a free app such as the free app Memory Clean.
We already know that the memory management in OS X has degenerated such that any one app can hog all the RAM and force everything else to use drive space as virtual memory. This grinds the responsiveness of EVERYTHING to a halt. The only solutions are to kill off the RAM hog app OR run the 'purge' command in the Terminal app.
Lots of apps now run the 'purge' command for you. Apps like Memory Clean are free and provide a GUI for this purpose.
Then there are the 'gimme money for what you already have in OS X' apps, reminiscent of the horror that is MacKeeper for ZeoBIT. You're paying for nothing new. I see nothing at all that is new in 'Super Memory Cleaner' except a different GUI. I also see that the price listed here, today anyway, is $1.99 when in fact it costs $2.99 once you get to the Mac App Store. Is this Bait-And-Switch trickery?
In any case, skip this thing. Either DIY 'purge' or get a free GUI alternative.
