    "It works... fast"

    August 14, 2012  |   By DaDreamWizard

If you search for registry entries then you know the registry has seemed to grow in size over earlier OS's. Even with todays more potent mb's, faster cpu's and ram, these searches are long.

Cut to the chase, it finds what you want, very quickly.

    - maybe the interface, but it's needed if you want to search specific keys and not the whole of the registry. Not much of a con is it.

With that said, a full registry search is just to good to pass up if looking for entries. It prevents overlooking a 'transient key'.

If I go out and know I might be looking at a registry, 'I wouldn't leave home without it'.
