    "Expensive and Nearly Useless"

    They charge for every update and upgrade.

    Summary

    I started with Version 4 and have paid for two updates. Every time Apple updates the OS, Micromat charges for updates and upgrades to TT Pro. Even then, there are almost always issues with ones original serial number not being found nor ones original registration.

    Apple's OS's have become so stable as to almost make TT Pro (and Disk Warrior) unneeded. One can install about three free utilities that will keep ones Mac humming just as well. The diagnostics of TT Pro is about the only saving grace; IF one wants to keep paying for updates/upgrades.
