    "Too Soon to Tell"

    Pros

    Fully featured. Adds flexibility to certain functions like defrag.

    Cons

    The problem for which I purchased this software "remains". After running WinOptimizer numerous times, there is no improvement. However, to be fair, the problem may be network related and beyond the capacity of this software.
