    "Slow or No Customer Support"

    Offers promise -- unfulfilled

    Cons

    My system crashed during install. I requested a new reg code -- they sent the "old" one and it wouldn't work.

    Summary

    No opportunity to use this product so I cannot comment on anything except their support -- which is slow, at best. The second request was, apparently ignored. Oh, well, what should I expect for three buck?
