    "Best free system utilities"

    Pros

    Of all the "snake oil" registry cleaners and optimizers this is the only one that seems safe to use and does a good job

    Beware of all registry cleaners

    Summary

    If you must use a registry cleaner and optimizer use this one. It also has many other modules for your system.
