    "Easy to use"

    Pros

    Allowed me to change my Logon screen without needing to dig into the system files.

    Cons

    One time my desktop came up with a generic background, and no icons. Pretty weird, but I know it was my desktop. A reboot got everything back in order. Just weird.

    Summary

    I like tweakers, and this one is among the best.
