    "Works well without screwing up your system and bragging"

    Pros

    Its a good thing, but a lot users have no clue as to why they need it. These are the same sort that never check the oil level or tire pressure, then wonder why the car needs service.

    Cons

    When its done, then run the standard defrag, because the two programs use different methods to optimize storage.
