"Doesn't seem to work with Windows 7-64"

I used this on something critical. Something had deleted crucial files on the hidden Recovery partition on the computer that I'm working on. I tried FreeUndelete, and it worked, but a few of the files were recovered (to another drive, of course) with 0 bytes. I tried Recuva and that worked, but not as good, so I tried Pandora Recovery and it didn't work at all. First, in quick mode, it did show a few files, but they were all renamed with the ? in place one, so one would have to guess at what to write to correct hat. Then, when I did the ¬ędeep scan", after waiting for 10 minutes, it came up with absolutely nothing.

I think the people who have had such good success must have been running Windows XP, and maybe this doesn't work with Windows 7.
