    "Rubbish product"

    Pros

    Could not even watch UK TV on a 20MB connection - this program just slows everything down.

    Cons

    Everything! So slow I ended up clicking on a ad link which said it would remove the ads. Paid for this and then found that this referred to hot spot elite - only useful if you are in the US.

    Then went through an endless round od emails with the help desk which could/would not help me.

    Could not get my money back.

    Summary

    DO NOT BUY THIS!

    In spite of this company stopping giving me any support by not replying to me, they have now had the cheek to automatically take another years subscription from me for a product I did want want and cannot use. This is in spite of the fact that I asked them to refund my money if they could not help me - effectively cancelling my subscription.

    I repeat DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT OR DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE DISHONEST AND UNHELPFUL
