    "A tool anyone should have."

    Pros

    One of the best tools a knowledgeable person can have to help get them out of a tight spot.

    Cons

    Slow to load, doesn't solve every problem. Not very usable to people who are not good with or are still afraid of computers.

    Summary

    If you are having a problem with an idenifiable cause, or need to recover your data from a crashed and unbootable system, this disk is a valuable resource.
    If you dont really know what you are doing, or your problem has vague or unidentifiable symptoms, this disk will not help.
    Also, this disk will not protect you from problems that should have been prevented by an up-to-date antivirus program.
