    "Better Netstumbler for Vista"

    June 19, 2009  |   By TomMariner

Runs on Vista. Interesting graphics. Easy install.

Used Netstumbler on XP for a long time but have gone mdern with Vista. I certainly can understand why a "free" download would not invest in porting to another OS, but since the guts of Windows 7 are going to be Vista, maybe a mind change is needed.

The product install easily and brings up an intuitive screen with logical windows. The graphical window is a great indicator of why your channel is so slow. I found a nearby b router drowing out the g signal which was farther away.

I tried other recommended Vista wireless display programs but couldn't get them to work. Thank goodness I didn't.
