    "poor management"

    Summary

    told i would get a cd and didnt get one my systecrashed and whe the tester was reloaded it would not take the code sent to email no joy -- bad company

    I have corresponded 1 time with the company and was amazed that they responded back via email in only several hours, especially when I am accustomed to not getting a response at all from other companies.
