    "Very Disappointing"

    June 25, 2003  |   By Martin Hewitt

This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
Don't know what everybody's raving about. The concept is good, but this version still reeks of beta and it's time for an upgrade to make this rough little stone really shine. Lacks a lot of what made the OS 9 version so cool. For example, the missing "open recent file" feature is a serious drawback. Constantly having to hit the "show abbreviations palette" is also grinding on me. Riccardo, blaming Apple and OS X for poor execution/design just shows a lack of ingenuity on your part. There are some great little apps out there. Learn from them Maybe one day typeit4 me will be up there with the rest of them.
