    That's really unfortunate to hear! However, this is perhaps an isolated case--we haven't had issues like this reported to us by other users before. As an alternative, have you tried downloading Able2Extract directly from our company website (www.investintech.com)? If not, please give that a try. We work constantly to ensure that our software is 100% safe and secure to use as our users' security is always a number priority for us. Thank you for letting us know about this issue!
