"Fast, but shame about the spyware"
Pros
Super fast and it worked on sites that Star Downloader couldn't access. I'd like to purchase but concerned about the cons - see below.
Cons
I was shocked to find that it installed Coolwebbrowser, a high threat spyware browser hijacker. I removed the threat, but wasn't too impressed that they would include it. I hope this extra "gift" doesn't come with the paid version.

After the 30 day trial period had expired, I decided to purchase. Received the serial number by return mail. So far so good. However the software has now expired so I can't cut 'n paste into the registration area as they suggest. I have emailed both their sales and support area for 5 straight days with no reply. I have even gone to the regsoft the organisation that handles the payments, and asked them to contact them for me. They have also contacted them and CC'd me, and still not response. I'm getting a refund. Who needs this kind of pathetic service?
