    "Slow, Slow, Slow & Doesn't Play Well w/ Others!!!!"

    Summary

    I have been using ACT since the very first version and have been increasingly disappointed with the product with every new version after 3.0. This version is the slowest software I have ever seen. It takes less time to download searched for web pages on the Act web site than to pull up the lookup form in Act 7. The product caused Outlook to crash until the Outlook software automatically disabled the ACT extensions. There is no support for these issues in the manuals, help screens or web site. What a shame, the new features if they worked would have made this an upgrade worth having.

    Save your time, this product isn't worth it.
