"Will not import .qif from iBank"

    June 22, 2011  |   By gsmiller88

    60-day trial

Will not import my .qif file, ugly interface

Cannot get CommonCents to 'load' my .qif file exported by iBank. It gives me some message about it not containing bank statements or some crap. I have not had this issue with any other software but CommonCents.

Hi gsmiller88: Did you happen to send a support request (or follow the instructions to import only one account at a time?) We have many users who import QIF files successfully. We would be happy to work with you to resolve the issue but there is no ticket in our system from gsmiller88.
    Regards, enDevelopment support
