"A Good Tool When Used With Caution"

    August 18, 2012  |   By jrs85704

The program was able to identify driver updates that fixed a few glitches I was having with my Dell laptop (Win7 64-bit).

    1. The program often forgets that a driver was installed.

    2. A previous version also kept asking me to provide feedback for the same driver five days in a row.

    3. A word of warning: the program will list all driver updates whether or not that drive is appropriate for your computer. If you buy a license, I strongly suggest you only install one per day, create a restore point, and wait at least a day to make sure it works properly before installing the next driver.

    4. The program informs you a new update is available by popping up a warning message that it can no longer connect to the Internet because it is out of date. A rather alarming message.

A good tool if used with caution.
