  I agree, I downloaded it, ran it and it says I have 8 updates available and to click the "view my software button" to get the details. When I click it takes me back to the original CNET Tech Tracker download. When I click on that download I'm just going round and round in circles getting nowhere. I also have Windows 7 so maybe there is a unresolved system compatibility issue?. Maybe the scam is you get a tease and are expected to buy the pay for it version to reveal the updates. I hate when sites bait and switch.
